It is a period of economic recession. Underground artists, striking from their bedroom studios, have won their first victory against the evil RECORD COMPANY.
During the battle, underground artists managed to steal secret plans to the record companies ultimate weapon, the MUSIC VIDEO, an elaborate vessel of worldwide promotion with enough power to destroy an entire five minutes.
Pursued by the record companys sinister agents, MR NO HANDS races home aboard his BMX, custodian of the stolen plans that can save his people and restore freedom to the music industry. . .
