1. Thriller

Michael Jackson – Thriller on MUZU.

As it’s Halloween, Thriller has to be our number 1 video choice. But Thriller is often referred to as the Number 1 Pop video of all time and it was a watershed moment for the music industry as it was the first video to merge music and film making. Directed by John Landis (who also directed the movie An American Werewolf in London) and costing $500,000, it features the voice of horror acting legend Vincent Price, Chreography by Michael Peters and stars Playboy centrefold Ola Ray.

2. Smooth Criminal

Michael Jackson – Smooth Criminal (Radio Edit) on MUZU.

Smooth Criminal won Best Video at the Brits in 1989. Originally 10 minutes long and taken from Michael’s Moonwalker movie. The video pays homage to Fred Astaire and the iconic white suit and dance routine is now an essential part of any tribute act or fancy dress party.

3. Earth Song

Michael Jackson – Earth Song on MUZU.

Earth Song took Michael Jackson to three continents and is one his most expensive videos to make. All the animal footage was taken from wildlife archives and the video won the Best Video award at Le Film Fantastique in 1996. It also included a request to make a donation to Michael’s Charity, The Heal the World Foundation. You might also remmeber Michael Performed the song at the 1996 Brits when Jarvis Cocker stormed the stage.

4. Bad

Michael Jackson – Bad on MUZU.

Directed by Martin Scorsese, the orginal video is 18 minutes long. We also love the leather!!

5. Don’t Stop Til You Get Enough

Michael Jackson – Don’t Stop ‘Til You Get Enough on MUZU.

Dont Stop Til You Get Enough was Michael’s first official solo music video. Released in 1979, it was seen as extremely innovative at the time and it features Michael’s trademark dance moves.
