Valentine’s Day is round the corner, so in anticipation of this Hallmark Holiday, our good friends in ‘Readers Wives’ have put together their essential love songs for everyone to enjoy. >Make sure you check out the Readers Wives channel for news of their brand new single Victor’s Mother Juliet that will be released in March.
First up from is ‘Love Song’ by The Cure. This track was taking from the bands eighth studio album ‘Disintegration’ and was released in 1989. There is much debate over whether this song is actually called Lovesong or Love Song but really does the space matter that much.

Next track up from the guys at Readers Wives is ‘The One I Love’ by R.E.M. This was taking of the bands fifth studio album and was released as a single in 1987. Its hard to believe but this was the bands first hit single.

Next up is ‘Interstate Love Song’ from the Stone Temple Pilots. This single was off the bands second studio album ‘Purple’ in 1994. This was the bands most successful single staying at number 1 for fifteen weeks in Mainstream Rock Chart which was a record at the time.
3. INTERSTATE LOVE SONG – STONE TEMPLE PILOTS

The fourth song the guys have picked is ‘Your Love Alone Is Not Enough’ by the Manic Street Preachers. This single was taken from the bands from the band album ‘Send Away the Tigers’ and was released in 1997 and features the vocals of < a href=http://www.muzu.tv/thecardigans>The Cardigans singer Nina Persson. According to singer the title of the song was the last line of a suicide of a friend who was close to the group.

The final song for you guys is ‘Love is Noise’ by The Verve. This was the first single from the bands fourth studio album conveniently named ‘Forth’ and was released in 2008.
