Beyonce faces legal action from a Hollywood Hills resident who claims the singer and her film crew “invaded his neighbourhood” while filming her latest video ‘Why don’t you love me?’ in the Mount Olympus area of Los Angeles.

Philip Morkowitz claims that he was disturbed from his sleep at 7am by the pop superstar and her film crew, who then allegedly blocked his driveway for the remainder of the day, leaving Morkowitz trapped in his house.

Markowitz says he “missed several business calls while arguing calmly in his driveway” and by 11:30 he was demanding compensation for the inconvenience and delay he had suffered but was told he could not be paid as it was a “low-budget video”.

Markovitz filed his claim with the Superior Court of Los Angeles and is suing on grounds of private nuisance and trespass, according to TMZ.
