Earlier this week, Jack White invented a new vinyl record for the new Dead Weather single, “Blue Blood Blues”. The limited edition ‘Triple-Decker Record’ is a 7in record embedded inside a 12in version which will see 300 copies being sold at a store in Nashville and the remainder being sold around the world. So now with “inventor” added to his repertoire, this begs the question; is there anything Jack White can’t do? In an age where very few human beings (with the exception of Dave Grohl, Josh Homme and the like) can say they have been involved in 3 or more successful musical projects, Jack White is often one who becomes forgotten and whose success for White Stripes hit “Seven Nation Army” sometimes takes away from his other illustrious musical pursuits with his other bands and as a solo artist.

The Raconteurs – Salute Your Solution
So with this blog, I really just wanted to highlight the fact that Jack White is more than just a White Stripe and has created music. Obviously, his band, the White Stripes have achieved global success but his other bands The Dead Weather and The Raconteurs have produced music that could easily surpass his more popular hits and compete with the very best at the top of the rock/alternative charts.
Let’s give him the credit he is due!!
