Jay-Z and Rihanna to headline Olympic Concert

Rihanna and Jay Z have been confirmed to perform at the 2012 London Olympic Games.

Organizers of the Olympics Cultural Festival have announced a huge line-up, First up revealing the BBC Radio 1 Hackney Weekend musical festival, which will host Jay-Z, Rihanna, Florence + the Machine, Jack White, David Guetta, and Tinie Tempah.



However there is not just live music but also a host of cultural and arts, including Stephen Fry and Tim Minchin, Shakespearean performances, dance from the Royal Ballet, a Yoko Ono exhibition, jazz tributes and much more.

Radio 1’s Hackney Weekend will take place a month before the Olympics begin, on June 23 and 24.
