This is the official music video for “Turn Me On” an electro-house song by the world renowned French Dj that is David Guetta. The song is the third track from his fifth studio album Nothing But The Beat. The album received mixed or average reviews from music critics. At Meta Critic, which assigns a mean rating out of 100 to reviews from mainstream critics, the album received an average score of 56, which indicates "mixed or average reviews. David Jeffries wrote for Allmusic that "Nothing But the Beat offers the same experience as one of Guetta’s numerous remix sets, but declared that "something’s missing, something along the lines of When Love Takes Over." Turn Me On is an up-tempo club song, with heavy beats and features Nicki Minaj on vocals. The video is set in a steampunk world; David Guetta plays a mad scientist creating his very own Nicki Minaj from mechanical parts. The clip opens on Guetta, perhaps trying out some early cosmetic-surgery tactics, putting the final touches on his Nicki Minaj doll plans. Then it focuses on the mechanisms behind the Nicki being: latex lips, brass wiring, tubing and various other gizmos. The album reached No. 2 on both the Irish Albums chart and the UK Albums chart. Also in the US it reached No. 5 on the US Billboard 200 and No. 1 on the US Dance/Electronic Albums chart. In the UK and Ireland it has reached Platinum selling 300,000^ copies.
