The track is serving as the lead single from Guetta's upcoming fifth studio album Nothing But the Beat. American rapper Flo Rida features on the album and was later joined by Trinidadian singer Nicki Minaj, who recorded vocals after listening to an early recording. Unknown hackers hacked into their producer's network stealing a copy of the song, mastering and releasing it on the web.
This is the official music video for “Where Them Girls At” an electro-house song by the world renowned French Dj that is David Guetta. The song is the first track from his fifth studio album Nothing But The Beat. The album received mixed or average reviews from music critics. At Meta Critic, which assigns a mean rating out of 100 to reviews from mainstream critics, the album received an average score of 56, which indicates "mixed or average reviews. David Jeffries wrote for Allmusic that "Nothing But the Beat offers the same experience as one of Guetta’s numerous remix sets, but declared that "something’s missing, something along the lines of When Love Takes Over." The official music video for "Where Them Girls At" was released via Facebook 27th June 2011, on a fan page named "David Guetta Turkiye" All three artists, David Guetta, Flo Rida, and Nicki Minaj, appear in the video. However, the vocalists only appear in each of their respective verses. The video shows giant bubbles, which contain the song's beats, drifting across the streets of Los Angeles. When people burst the bubbles, they start dancing uncontrollably. Flo Rida is seen rapping his verse in a poolside and Nicki Minaj is seen in an art gallery with male models. Guetta is at a rooftop, table turning, and creating bubbles. She inhales one of a bubble and starts singing to the beat of the music, while breathing out bubbles. The bubbles, which Guetta produces, attract many people to his party. The album reached No. 2 on both the Irish Albums chart and the UK Albums chart. Also in the US it reached No. 5 on the US Billboard 200 and No. 1 on the US Dance/Electronic Albums chart. In the UK and Ireland it has reached Platinum selling 300,000^ copies.
