The new music video for Explosions features different pieces of exclusive live footage from Ellie’s 2012/13 Halcyon live tour. We see Ellie performing at various live shows across the United Sates & Europe. Explosions was originally a promotional release for Ellie’s album Halcyon single, after is initial release in January 2013, it was announced that the track would be released as the official third single from the album.
The single has since been used on television in various different campaigns and shows. A Notable one being ITV's "Where Drama Lives" advert.
