James Morrison releases his new video for 'One Life'. The song is a charming and heartfelt number which was written just before his father's tragic death. The track is the third release to be taken from his already platinum selling album 'The Awakening'. James was nominated for Best British Male at the 2012 BRIT awards, an award he has been nominated for twice before and that he won in the year of 2007. The album “The Awakening” was number one in the UK album charts for two weeks upon release in 2011. Also released from The Awakening were the singes 'I Won't Let You Go' and the incredible duet with Jessie J 'Up' ' which have both sold over 300k copies. James Morrison was born in 13 August 1984. He is a BRIT Award winning English singer/songwriter and particularly notable guitarist from Rugby in Warwickshire. In 2006, James Morrison’s debut single ""You Give Me Something"" became a hit across the globe, in Europe, Australia, and also Japan, peaking in the top five in the UK and New Zealand. His debut album called Undiscovered debuted at the top of the UK Albums Chart which is quiet an accolade. James Morrison released his second album, Songs for You, Truths for Me in 2008, which entered the top five in the UK album chart as well as topping the Irish Albums Chart. Songs for You, Truths for Me featured the top ten UK singles ""You Make It Real"" and his amazing critically acclaimed collaboration with US singer songwriter sensation Nelly Furtado titled ""Broken Strings"".He has performed with other great chart renowned artists such as Jason Mraz, and Nelly Furtado.
