The official music video for "Don’t Wanna Go Home" by the American singer-songwriter, actor and dancer Jason Derülo. He was originally signed to a minor recording label Beluga Heights, and after they became part of the Warner Music Group he released his first single. “Don’t Wanna Go Home” released as the lead single from his second studio album Future History (2011). Written by Jason Derülo, Chaz Mishan, David Delazyn, William Attaway, Irving Burgie, Allen George and Fred McFarlane, It was released on 20th May by Beluga Heights Records and Warner Bros Records. The song was produced byThe Fliptones, Tim Roberts and Heather Jeanette. He explained that "Don't Wanna Go Home" is a feel-good song that he wrote so that people could escape their problems, their pain and their turmoil. The video was directed by Rich Lee and filmed in early May 2011. During the video shoot, He spoke to MTV News about the video's concept, saying, "Basically, it's not about going to the club, it's about never leaving the club. The video features these creatures that can't get enough of this amazing party. But it's not a club – it's a warehouse and we live here." 23rd May 2011, a 30-second teaser of the music video was released online, showing Jason Derülo dancing with former member of the Pussycat Dolls, Melody Thornton. The video premiered on MTV on 25th May 2011. When It was releases in the UK debuted at number one on the UK Singles chart, selling 76,581 copies in its first week, and it became his second consecutive number-one single.
