Jason Derulo Music Video In My Head. In My Head is a song by US hip hop master Jason Derulo topping the charts in Australia and the UK. The song is best categorised as electro-rock/pop and has been certified as double platinum.
The official music video for "In My Head" by the American singer-songwriter, actor and dancer Jason Derülo. He was originally signed to a minor recording label Beluga Heights, and after they became part of the Warner Music Group he released his first single. “In My Head” the second single released from his self-titled debut album. It was first released via digital download on 10th December 2009. The video was filmed in late December 2009 and released on 23rd January 2010 via YouTube. It begins in the parking lot of a convenience store, with Jason Derülo leaning on a car with some friends when he eventually spots the female lead leaving the store. He is staring at her, and eventually he goes up and talks and starts singing to her. The video is an extensive choreographed video with Jason Derülo dancing near the car with the female lead, in the occasional breakaways, and far more extensively with two male dancers during the bridge of the song. The video occasionally breaks away to his silhouette dancing in the fog. Eventually the girl he is dreaming about has joined him. In the end it is revealed that the entire music video was all in his head and the beginning scene is shown again with the female lead exiting the store as she did at the beginning of the video. The song debuted at No. 1 on the UK Singles chart, making it his first No. 1 and second consecutive top three hit. In the same week, "In My Head" also became his second consecutive No. 1 UK RnB chart hit. The song entered the Irish Singles chart at No. 3 on 25th February 2010 making it his highest charting single so far.
