John and Edward show their passion for Eurovision and get matching Eurovision tattoos to celebrate making history by representing Ireland in Eurovision two years in a row. Waterline Jedward's Eurovision single is released on April 9th

Jedward twins John and Edward Grimes have decided to show the world just how “jedicated” they are to winning the Eurovision 2012 competition by each getting matching tattoos of the Eurovision logo. The Eurovision tattoos are a sign to the world just how certain they are of their chances at this year’s final. The Jedward boys represented Ireland in the Eurovision 2011 competition with their hit song ‘Lipstick’, coming in eighth place with 119 points. After the result was announced “We loved taking part in the Eurovision, our aim was to bring fun and happiness to Eurovision and make Ireland proud. And we hope we succeeded.” This year the newly-tattooed Grimes twins hope to do much better with their excellent new song ‘Waterline’ after winning Ireland’s Eurosong competition in both the jury and the public vote. Jedward are the first act to represent Ireland in Eurovision for two consecutive years. By each getting a tattoo of the Eurovision logo John and Edward are looking to show the world how jedicated they are to their European fans and the Eurovision cause, a sure ticket to getting ‘douze points’ from all of their fans from around the continent. With ‘Waterline’, the new song by the Jedward pair, John and Edward bring their super-human energy, infectious enthusiasm and trademark quiffs in an unbridled catchy pop anthem that is sure to be tattoed on the minds of Jedheads all the way to the Eurovision 2012 finals. 12 points for 2012 Jedication! Both ‘Lipstick’ and the following single ‘Bad Behaviour’ reached number 1 in the Irish Singles Chart, while Victory also went to number 1 in the Irish Albums Chart. Jedward first exploded onto the scene on the X Factor, catching the attention of judges Simon Cowell, Cheryl Coe, Louis Walsh and Dannii Minogue at the auditions in 2009.
