The official music video for “Beauty and The Beat” the latest single from Canadian pop recording artist Justin Bieber. The song is featured on his third studio album “Believe”. “Beauty and The Beat” was written by Max Martin, Anton Zaslavski, Savan Kotecha and Nicki Minaj. The song is about Justin Bieber planning to take his a girl he is interested in to a nightclub, where they will "party like it's 3012".

The structure of the song is that it is an uptempo electro-pop song with a hint of Hip-Hop thrown in to the mix. This was praised by his critics as his intention was to attempt to reach an audience who would not normally listen to his style of music.

The music video was shot in early September as Nicki Minaj tweeted "Just wrapped up a VERY cool video” The video shows Justin Bieber at a pool party at “Raging Waters” a water park in San Dimas, California. When Nicki Minaj later appears in the video she is seen standing in the water where she is rapping alongside Justin Bieber.
