Official music video for the track National Anthem by Lana Del Rey. National Anthem is the 5th single from American singer Elizabeth Grant A.K.A Lana Del Rey’s second studio album Born to Die. The track was released on July 6th 2012. National Anthem’s music video was released on the 27th of June and depicts scenes from former US president John F. Kennedy’s life, including Marilyn Monroe singing “Happy Birthday Mr. President”, re-enactments of the Kennedy’s home movies and his assassination. Del Rey acts as both Monroe and Jackie Kennedy in the video, whilst American rapper A$AP Rocky plays JFK.
