The music video for “Always Waiting” features Michael Kiwanuka was directed by Canadian director Josh Wroe and British director Jordan Jacques. Their video was chosen as winner for the “project to make the music video for Always Waiting” competition, along with a prize of £3,000.

Michael Kiwanuka ’s response to the video: “I have been very impressed with all of the entries and the standard of the videos but I loved the sentiment of the winning video and the feel of it. It brings the song to life, especially the lyrics. The lead lady really draws you in and along with a great story line, the film really captures the imagination of this side of the screen.”
