Official music video for the track Home Run by Misha B. Home Run is the debut single from English singer and X-Factor 2011 semi-finalist Misha Bryan A.K.A. Misha B. The single Home Run was released on July 15th 2012 and reached no.11 on the UK Singles chart. The song’s music video shows Misha B dancing and singing in silhouette and with spot lighting alone and with dancers with dark and colourful backgrounds. Misha B is the opening act for the UK leg of Nicki Minaj’s 2012 Pink Friday: Reloaded Tour.

The debut single from former X-Factor: series 8 contestant Misha B. Misha Bryan was born in Manchester 10th February, 1992 to a single mother Florence. From the age of 3-months old she was raised by her aunt Lily, as her mother could not take care of her. She was voted out of the competition, finishing in 4th place as she was eliminated in the semi-finals. She participated in the X Factor Tour from 25th February – 4th April 2012. She spent time working on her first mix-tape, while she was there. It made its debut on 27th April 2012. The mix-tape includes five original songs, and also includes cover versions of Rolling in the Deep, Mirror and Climax. On 2nd May 2012, It was announced that she would be releasing “Home Run”. The song was produced by MNEK and was written by Misha B. The music video was directed by Rohan Blair-Mangat and it premiered online 15th June. The music video shows Misha B performing while she is covered in bright patterns drawn onto her with UV paint. As the video progresses we then see a range of scenes where images projected onto her face during a close-range headshot. Misha explains: "Home Run is about that special someone who gets you so excited, so hyped that you lose control! When I perform it, I feel that same energy on stage - it makes you wanna dance, It is based on a ballad I wrote about my ex and I just changed it up to give it a fresh, fun vibe." On 17th May 2012, she signed a publishing deal with Sony/ATV Music Publishing. She is currently working on her debut album.
