The official music video for Daughter by Nas. The track is the third single from Nas’s soon to be released tenth studio album ‘Life Is Good’. The New York Rapper has teamed up with super star Hip-Hop producers Hit-Boy, Dr Dre, Kanye West & Diplo. The new album is rumoured to have guest appearances from Odd Futures Frank Ocean & Tyler the Creator as well as renowned lyricist and Roc Nation artist Jay Electronica. Nas’s new single, Daughters, is about Nas’s experiences of becoming a father and raising a child. Nas was inspired to make the song after he realised his daughter was no longer a child after finding her condom supply, which he embarrassingly posted a picture of on Instagram. The video was directed by music video director to the stars Chris Robinson, who has worked with the everyone from 50 Cent & Alicia Keys to Jay Z & Lil Wayne. Nas’s new album is set to be a big hit and will be lyrically strong as always. With it’s beat and rhymes no nonsense approach, the track and album are sure to be a on hit with hip-hop fans all over the world.
