Official music video for the track Right By My Side by Nicki Minaj. Right by My Side is the second single from Trinidadian-American rapper Nicki Minaj’s a.k.a. Onika Maraj’s second album Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded. The single reached number 24 on the Billboard Hot R&B and Rap Songs, while the album reached no.1 on both the UK Albums Chart and the Billboard Hot 200. The song was released through Minaj’s Twitter feed on the 20th of March 2012. Right by My Side was released as a single one week later. The song features American R&B singer Chris Brown. The music video of Right by My Side shows a relationship between Minaj and a love interest played by American rapper Nas. It features the pair shopping, embracing and arguing. There are scenes of Brown singing. The video was shot on the night of the 28th of April 2012 through to dawn on the 29th by Benny Boom.
