The song was written by Ester Dean and Traci Hale, co-written and produced by Norwegian duo StarGate and Sandy Vee. Filled with disco beats and synthesizers tones Try With Me is a popular dancefloor filler. The music video was shot in a single day to accommodate Scherzinger's busy schedule as an X Factor judge. It was shot on a Los Angeles car park – favoured for its close proximity to the X Factor studios. The video for 'Wet' was directed by Justin Francis.
