To celebrate the release of his debut album, Misty Eye, Aiden Grimshaw have given OfficialCharts.com an exclusive track-by-track interview about the album!
The 20-year-old former X Factor contestant tells us the stories behind his songs ranging from the angry tones of This Island ("When you're as moody as me, you need [to write] something dead angry," says Aiden) to the beautiful Be Myself ("Where I live the balcony that overlooks a church with a really nice skyline, so whenever you think too much and think loads of angry things, you'll think a beautiful thing, too" ).
Aiden also talks about why he decided to cover Sia's Breathe Me, and what it was like teaming up South East London MC Smiler, too.
