CUSTOMISING YOUR CHANNEL
Make sure that you click the ‘Save Changes’ button on the ‘Customise’ menu.
‘Widgets’ are the applications on your Channel. Some Widgets e.g. your Profile, are always on your Channel. For others you can choose to put them on your Channel e.g. Photo Gallery.
Go to ‘Customise’ on your Channel. You will then see the Widget Toolbar. Just drag and drop the ones you want onto the page. When the Widget is on the page, drag to reposition it and drag the corners to make it smaller/bigger.
Go to ‘Customise’ on your Channel. You should then see a ‘Remove’ button on the Widget. Click this to remove the Widget. You cannot remove some of the Widgets e.g. Message Board, Profile. If a Widget is non-removable there will be no ‘Remove’ button.
Go to ‘Customise’ on your Channel. Then click on the ‘Edit’ button on the Widget to allow you to edit the details. When you have finished editing the Widget click on ‘Save’.
Go to ‘Customise’ on your Channel. Put your mouse cursor over the corner of the Widget until you see the arrow symbol and then just drag the corners of the Widget to make it bigger or smaller. We have put minimum and maximum size limits on each Widget, so you can’t accidentally make it too small to read or so big it fills the page.
Go to ‘Customise’ on your Channel. Put your mouse cursor over the Widget until you see the drag symbol and then just drag the Widget to where you want to place it. Note you can’t drag one Widget on top of the other or put a Widget on top of an advertisement.
