The official music video for “Numb” the latest single from American producer/R’n’B singer Usher and is featured on “Looking 4 Myself” his seventh studio album. The song was co-written Usher himself, Alessandro Lindblad, Klas Åhlund, Sebastian Ingrosso and Steve Angello, Axel Hedfors, Ryon Lovett, Terry Lewis and was produced by Swedish House Mafia.

“Numb” is an R’n’B/Dance Pop song with inspirational lyrics, the song is about “numbing the negativity and just following your dreams”.

The music video was directed by critically aclaimed American directors Chris Applebaum and Grace Harry and was edited by Jacquelyn London. The video is set in hospital, in a time just gone by. It begins as Usher exits stage during the “OMG-tour”, when an announcer explains "He tried because he loves Berlin and he really wanted to give you guys a show, but he just couldn’t do it. Thanks for understanding." While usher cries out "I felt like a failure, hopeless, paralyzed, numb”. When the song starts He is then seen with his son and a sick woman in hospital. As the video cut s between scenes of the hospital and Usher singing in a room filled with bright white lights. During the chorus he can be seen performing while being trapped inside a glass case, when the video ends he eventually breaks out.
